Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- Failure to provide a 24-hour cancellation notice may result in a cancel fee of 20% of the service charge.
- In case of emergencies, where you are unable to provide a 24-hour notice, please contact us directly via telephone to discuss the situation.
- The cancel fee will be charged to the card on file unless an emergency situation has been mutually agreed upon.
